Provisions on Service Management of Behavior Analysis Center

General

1. All the instruments and equipment of CIBR Behavior Analysis Center are managed by special personnel and open to the public. At present, they are free of charge. The staff of Behavior Analysis Center are committed to providing high-quality technical support and services for CIBR scientists.

 

2. The registration and appointment system is adopted for all instruments in the Behavior Analysis Center . The instruments can only be used by themselves after being familiar with the operating procedures and passing the assessment by the management personnel.

3. CIBR Behavior Analysis Center focuses on the research direction of brain center, with the goal of transforming basic research achievements of brain science into clinical application, promotes academic exchanges between CIBR scientists and hospital clinicians, promotes the deep integration of basic science and clinical medicine, and carries out biological diagnosis of major brain diseases, discovery of new drug targets and new treatment equipment driven by clinical problems Research and development.

4.Laboratory Composition

One director of the transformation medical center, one laboratory administrator, two laboratory technicians, one laboratory assistant researchers and one postdoctoral students in 2020.

5. Personnel Responsibilities

The Behavior Analysis Center implements the director responsibility system. The director  is responsible for the scientific research construction, platform operation and personnel management of the whole Behavior Analysis Center platform; the laboratory management personnel are responsible for daily maintenance, attendance and fund management of the laboratory; the assistant laboratory researcher is responsible for assisting the platform director in the research design and technical research and development; the laboratory technicians assist the scientific researchers and postdoctoral experiments and provide services to the platform The project is trained and tested; the postdoctoral project is completed in the laboratory.

6. Promote the cooperation between clinical hospital and CIBR PI laboratory and auxiliary center, establish cooperative relationship and find common interests. Organize clinical lectures on brain diseases, invite domestic experts in neurology and psychiatry to carry out special lectures and discussions on diseases, and promote substantive cooperation between basic and clinical.

7. Communicate with the director of PI and auxiliary center of the center to discuss the clinical transformation and provide practical implementation plan.

8. To provide mice based behavioral testing service for CIBR PI and other auxiliary centers.
