1. In order to protect the interests of Chinese Institute for Brain Research,Beijing (CIBR) and protect the secrets of Behavior Analysis Center, this regulation is formulated in accordance with the relevant national security regulations and the actual situation.
2. According to work needs, formulate confidentiality system and work discipline according to laws and regulations, and educate and train employees in professional ethics and confidentiality skills. Employees should respect and abide by the agreements and agreements on confidentiality obligations with former units, companies and individuals.
3. During his term of office (Study), he must abide by any confidentiality rules and regulations stipulated by the Behavior Analysis Center, perform the confidentiality duties corresponding to his post, and maintain the confidentiality of any confidential technology or other business secret information belonging to the Behavior Analysis Center that he knows or holds during his term of office.
4. Except for the need of performing duties, it is not allowed to disclose, inform, publish, publish, impart, transfer or make other units or individuals obtain such confidential information by any other means, nor to use such confidential information outside the performance of duties.
5. Be responsible for the confidentiality of all kinds of data that are not publicly published by CIBR laboratories and technical support platforms until the date of data publication or the date of application for intellectual property right approval.
6. After leaving (graduation), those who are in contact with and know the Behavior Analysis Center during their working (studying) period shall bear the same obligation of confidentiality and not using the relevant secret information without authorization as during their working (studying) period. After leaving (graduation), the period of undertaking the obligation of confidentiality is from the date of leaving (graduation) to the date of disclosure of relevant confidential information.
7. In case of violation of any one of the confidentiality provisions, CIBR shall make corresponding compensation to the Behavior Analysis Center or even CIBR according to the loss caused by the breach of contract. Generally, the penalty equivalent to two months' salary shall be paid at one time. If the penalty is not enough to make up for the loss caused by the breach of contract, the corresponding loss shall also be compensated.
8. At the same time of signing the employment (Study) labor (service) contract, sign the letter of commitment of Behavior Analysis Center, and undertake the confidentiality obligations and obligations related to intellectual property rights under this agreement from the date of establishing the labor (service) relationship.
